Jian White Porcelain
Known as "Dehua porcelain" for its origin in Dehua, Fujian, it was historically referred to as "Bai Jian" (meaning "white Jian"). Originating from the "ivory white" porcelain of the Ming Dynasty, it was successfully redeveloped in 1963. The ware is characterized by its smooth, gelatinous texture, soft and even glaze, and jade-like滋润. Its color is off-white with a subtle yellow tone, resembling ivory or lard white, exuding timeless elegance.
“Baby Pink” Procelain
The most precious variety of Ming Dynasty Dehua kiln white porcelain is the "yaobian" ceramic, known for its lustrous and translucent glaze that exhibits a flesh-pink tone. The porcelain appears white with a subtle hint of blush, resembling the tender and translucent rosy glow of a baby’s skin, delivering a uniquely delicate and refined charm.
Muton Fat Jade Porcelain
Also known as one of the high-end varieties of Dehua white porcelain, it is named for its texture, which resembles the finest mutton-fat white jade—a prized type of soft jade.
